58C Pork chop ( I followed the basic pork chop instructions with the exception.....I did a Juniper maple brine-sue me). They do make this so easy for the new user. After putting the chops in I ran to the store and looked down and saw the verbiage (playful per usual) that it was done and ready whenever I wanted it. Came back, finished the sides and served. Pork chops with rosemary butter, cauliflower puree and smoked BBQ quinoa (really cool quinoa flavor) with brussel sprouts and cauliflower stem chips.
