This is not your average every day staff meal.
The photo below is from today's staff meal at B&B at the Venetian (owned by the legendary Mario Batali and Joe Bastianich). This is the first time to my knowledge that the staff meal will be burgers - cooked sous vide en mass. Pretty impressive that a classic Italian fine dining restaurant such as this has begun to embrace modernist techniques. Your looking at twelve 7oz burgers per bag, ready to be cooked and then finished char grilled.
