Been craving vegetables. Made dinner. 4 courses: peas, carrots, corn, fennel. Just like from a can, + fennel.
1st Course: Peas in a consommé of their shells, macadamia nuts, white chocolate, pansies.
2nd Course: Harissa roasted carrots and lemon, garlic scape-mint dressing, carrot top pesto.
3rd Course: Corn Chowder - Sautéed corn, confit onion, thrice cooked potatoes (Heston fries!), micro scallions. Toasted corn husk and corn cob pressure cooked broth with bacon.
4th Course: Caramelized fennel, Gorgonzola, peaches.
