I cooked with Joule for the first time this weekend and had to share!
I borrowed a very early, clear testing unit that was used in the lab and we cooked burgers one night (forgot to snap a picture - durrrr!) and chicken with olive oil and thyme from our garden. Accompanied by perfectly ripe heirloom tomatoes, burger fixings, a big salad and toasted Halloumi cheese drizzled with honey. Gross, right?
