Whipped up a couple of pies for dinner. The one you can just see still in the oven has a stuffed cheese crust. Cooked in an outdoor pizza oven at 600 F, thus the reason for the scorched parchment.

That looks so good! I actually made a pepperoni pizza last weekend in my new wood-fired oven—it was my first time really using it, and it was yummy. The pepperoni got nice and crispy, just how I like it. I followed this recipe since I’m still learning:
