Been part of the CS forum, since 2-3 years now, and it's awesome to see how CS and the forum has evolved.

Shivam, aka Baker with mad bread baking skills, you are going to love it. I just finished a 26 hour cook at 190°F and it was perfectly cooked caramelized onions.
