Hi Chefsteps Community,
Im planning on making a whole bunch of sausages on the weekend and already ordered some casings and meat at my local butcher.
Im going to try diffrent kind of sausages so I would like you to share your favorit seasoning recipes and tipps.
What I have planned is to make italien Salsiccia and some sort of freestyle Thai Sausage with chili paste, garlic, lemongras, ginger and all that good stuff.
Any further ideas on how to season the meat?
I will be grilling the sausages on sunday. Thanks in advance for every comment.
