I have been waiting to do this until Whole foods got some snow and king crab in. If I had another order going into cityfish.com, I would have ordered from there. That said, it turned out awesome. I steamed the crab legs at 68C for an hour over white wine, lemon and aromatics (wrapped in muslin and tied to the rack). My son helped me package the aromatics and tie them to the rack and then he opened all the bottles of wine and poured them in. But I turned joule on. :-)
We finished it with a multi-fruit tart.
