Dear Chefsteps forum
I have 3 concept ideas i thought of for a long-term project of my own, basically i need chefsteps forum help and input on this matter. the main theme of concepts is fusion cuisine which i am a complete novice, newbie in that's why i need input, help on this matter.
the 3 concepts are as following;
- Japanese & International fusion cuisine which here i am trying a contemporary japanese cuisine with different flavors, techniques as if every single dish is a fusion with a different country.
- Australian & Mexican fusion Cuisine: i know mexican cuisine i worked in restaurants with mexican themes, as for australian i am working with someone else too on this project so they know australian
- Japanese & *Levant or Middle-east* fusion cuisine: i thought it would be a good idea to try and add mediterranean cuisine to japanese.
Can you please give your opinion of which one would be the best, and why did you choose it and not the rest?
