Hey everyone,
I recently watched the sous vide videos for Eggs Benedict and the one for Fried Chicken and those got me wondering; can I use sous vide to help cook a scotch egg to make the frying easier? If it can be done, can it be done in a way that keeps the yolk runny?
Has anyone more experienced with Sous Vide tried this yet? Or have any ideas about ways to go about doing it?
