Somebody said tacos at Drunch last week.....grouper tacos (no pics of the grouper for the usual reason...)

A riff on CS grilled Mexican corn "elote" did mine OFF the cob in a cast iron skillet....

"fixin's".. Mexican rice, coleslaw, stuff and things....

I go "both ways" corn AND flour...

That's actually my preferred way to have corn. I never do a good enough job of pulling the silks off unless I shave the kernels off completely.
