Lottsa zuchinni from the garden...what to do, made a compote with green peppers, onions, garlic etc. Served with Joule BB ribs (24hr 57C) in smoked bbq sauce, served with aged cheese and truffle Pommes Rosti. For desert (by request) passion fruit and chocolate curd over a base of cookie crumb with popping candy. Served with Chocolate/chocolate crumb and mint chocolate ice cream and chocolate whipped cream.
