About 1 year ago, I posted here on Chef Steps to see if anybody that was involved in this community wanted to try and tackle some complicated dishes together. Shivam Daryanani responded and we have been cooking together ever since. We started cooking Chef Steps and The Food Lab dishes. Recently, we have found a way to create a culinary team of about 5 people who cook and serve multi-course meals themed around cookbooks. Our most ambitious cook was a seven course Alinea meal for 12 people. I have included some pictures of the event below...
