This is modified from the ChefSteps
Soft Serve Ice Cream recipe. I replaced milk with a 12 fl. oz bottle of
Wild Blue beer, and evened it out to 400 g with whole milk. I scaled the rest of the ingredients to make a batch. I replaced the vanilla extract with
Maker's 46 Kentucky bourbon whiskey. I made a mess, and bought, used, and wasted far too much dry ice, and burned my feet at least 4 times before I put on flip flops. Next time, I think 1 block will be sufficient. Doesn't look very pretty, but it tastes great! If you're into the kind of thing...which I am.
