I recently started baking sourdough bread and I would like to bake every single hour a new loaf. the main reason that is stopping me is that it would be a huge waste of food. I don't think I can eat that much bread (even if I'm italian). I'll probably end up giving bread to my neighbors but I'm wondering how test kitchens handle this problem. what does chefsteps do? if you need some help I can eat your leftovers...
