Actually got most of the pics this time....
Fruit Bowl with stuff and a coconut rum simple syrup
Riff on CS Everything Bagel 104F ...made a cream cheese stuffed smoke salmon roll coated with all the "everything bagel" dust
and the "Bromlette" (shaped like a brick) an Omelette made in a mini meatloaf pan stuffed with whatever each person wanted...this was mushrooms, spinach, caramelized onions,tomatoes and havarti. Floated in a 175 F SV water bath for 35 minutes (or so, who remembers)....prosciutto wrapped asparagus (fried) and grilled polenta...
oh yea, and some champagne, some white wine, some red wine and ........can't remember.....
