Chef Steps Corned Beef

Made the corned chef steps corned beef using first cut (flat) brisket. Came out really great. I would probably dial back on the spice rub just a little bit next time I make it. Awesome recipe!

I feel like I've been obsessing about making my own corned beef lately, but I will wait until I get my Joule. I've been able to acquire a brisket, but what is the best way to purchase the spices? I know you need a nice little melange of the different spices and not just a lot of one type. Is there a kit of spices you can buy per recipe instead of filling up my spices cabinet with one-use-only purchases?
