My oldest son was able to stay with my parents for part of the summer. My dad took my son under his wing and taught him new recipes and techniques. My son came home and taught me how to make Dutch Babies. The first time we topped it with a cherry berry compote. The next time we made it with a coconut almond simple syrup. Today we are having it with apricot compote. I love this recipe! I love even more that your imagination is the limit on toppings and flavores.
