Who says making food in a hotel has to be bad. I had cooked a dozen eggs last evening. Warmed a couple and made a burrito, with peppers (microwaved), guacamole, trader joes fire roasted salsa, Mole that I brought from home, cilantro and a 63C egg (rewarmed at 58C). Joule will change the way we think about food.....even when we're traveling.
