First shot at chefsteps pizza dough. Really happy with the way the dough came out. Put some fried haloumi cheese, peaches, red onion, heirloom tomatoes and finished it with arugula and a balsamic vinegar and honey reduction

The bottom looked great (didn't take a pic of that) and the dough was an amazing texture. The crust didn't brown the way I had expected but that could be because my oven isn't all that great.
