Late Nite Drunken Banana Bread (are you surprised?)..... So, banana bread made with half caramelized 'nanas and half realllllly ripe 'nanas some chocolate chips and 7 Fathom Rum from the Caymans, seared in a really hot pan for a few minutes. Then topped with BlendTec 'nana ice cream with a litttttle coconut rum
....and a shot of coconut rum on the side...
ok...maybe a small glass...
