My 2 cents..
How I do it: Cut the in half. 1 part corn flour + 1 part rice flour. Quick deep in milk or butter milk and into flour. Remove excess flour and fried them until golden crisp. (oil at 350) Remove from oil and let them cool down on wire tray. Dice inion, hot peppers and garlic. In hot pan, add sesame oil and diced onion/garlic/peppers. Saute a little and add crabs. Season with some salt/pepper. Toss them for only 3-4 min max at high heat so that the crabs still stay crispy.
