So I'm having a 3 year old birthday party for my daughter. I want to make hotdogs sous vide with little fuss. What temp and time??

150°F for 45 minutes will give you good results. The hot dogs will be ready in 45 minutes but can remain in the bath for a few hours with minimal chance of being over cooked. It's a very convenient method. You can finish by grilling, searing or no sear.
