Joule busy day pommes salsify etc

Busy day after two weeks away. Roasted beet salad with crispy and pureed salsify topped with parsley-tarragon puree, caramelized salted fennel on pommes puree and rib-eye with pickled mushrooms and mushroom ketchup.
