everything bagel salmon. Really tasty! I don't have much experience with cooking fish sous vide. The fish came out very delicate and almost a drop mushy - is that normal sous vide fish?

Have a before pic? Did u brine or quick cure?

No before pic. I did it the way that the recipe says and measures every ingredient accordingly. Is fish supposed to get delicate like that when it's sous vide? Maybe it's normal consistency and I'm just not used to it
