I'v decided to make Chefstep's banana bread for school, so today I made the first component: the bananas.



They came out much darker than shown in the recipe (They came out REALLY dark brown, nearly borderline black) and had the texture and taste of baked sweet potatos. Being my first time making something from Chefsteps, I'm not too sure if my bananas failed or not. Do you guys know?
