After making the pressure cooked bananas, onto the banana bread! Sadly I couldn't find the exact mini loaf tray Chefsteps uses or a tin small enough. I also don't have an electronic scale that can measure .1 of a gram so I had to sorta guess the baking soda and mace (or as I used, nutmeg) amounts.

It's quite flat, though. I guess it seems the smallest tin I could find was too long, even with the recipe doubled.
Well, I just hope the people at school like it.
