Gourmet sounding names

I'm enetering a bake off with a friend, and I want to give some gourmet sounding names to our baked dishes (which aren't very gourmet-like). Could you guys think of some names?

We have a baked raspberry and lemon cheesecake and a non baked cheesecakes in many little cupcake liners (each liner is a portion) with blueberries in them and a crushed biscuit base. Thanks!

Does the French translation sound fancy enough for you? Something like "gâteau fromage à la framboise et au citron"?

Is it supposed to be humorous? If you're genuinely trying to make it sound fancy the French idea is best. Though personally I would stick with your normal descriptions.

If it's supposed to be ridiculous I would just throw in a bunch of strange buzz terms that don't mean much.

It's a fake account (actually run by a woman) where they're sort of mocking pretentious food porn. They take packaged food like crackers and Cheetos and silly string and put together these artsy-fartsy Noma-styled plates, and the posts are full of bro talk and CAPITAL LETTERS with hastags galore. It's a hoot.

For the little guys you can go with something like "Deconstructed blueberry cheesecake tartlets". For the big one, I like the idea of incorporating french into the equation
