It looks great, I might confine the cotija to the center not in the avocado but that's about it. I just like the looks of the avocado purée to stand on its own. I'm not a plating wiz, so take that for what it's worth.

I felt something was wrong with cotija but just didn't know what. Another person suggested to me to put it just on one side, so I have a few things to try. Thanks for the feedback!

Hey thanks! It was surprisingly delicious. Sesame and avocado seem to work really well together, the curry foam added an extra layer of flavor, and the cheese cut through all the fats. It surprised the hell out of me.
