For desert, table top desert, red wine pear puree, passion-fruit chocolate cookie, chocolate and caramel dust, chocolate mint ice cream, maple pecan puree, spiced wine pear crisps, and the kids favorite.....nitro poached marshmallows and chocolate mousse.
