Hey everyone, I'm sure you all have been enjoying frozen custard, ice cream and all the other delicious recipes.
I noticed I have an excess of egg whites left over when making some recipes, especially ice cream.
Was looking for a few ideas as to what some of you do with these left over ingredients. Turn it all into merengue? Perhaps there are a list of recipes or one staple that some of you have.
Just trying to use every bit and not waste anything, but feel like I'm still searching for something interesting
