Weird question here. I have some leftover brisket (used the ChefSteps recipe) in the freezer. I have a lot, actually. I had this idea to try and grind the brisket with raw meat from some short ribs and then cook them sous vide. A couple questions arise...
Is this a horrible idea?
Is it ok to mix raw and cooked meat if it's going to cook up together?
Help!!!
