modified MC Curry. Modifications:
1. Roast the nuts to help release some of the oils and helps to smooth out the flavor.

3. The peppers can be too hot for those that don't like their curries hot or don't want to add a stock or similar to mellow them out. I prefer hot but one at home doesn't, so I use 33% seeds and all and 67% deseeded and membranes removed (with peppers that small it's sometime a pain :-)...)
3. Black poppy seeds (completely subjective but I prefer them).
4. Use slow roasted tomatoes (e.g. blanch peel, scoop out flesh, reserve, put bay leave, garlic slices in each tomato half, top with thyme and olive oil-roast for 4 hrs-heston's recipe). Weigh and puree and add instead of just tomatoes.
