I have a recipe for a sesame chicken drummettes where you marinate the chicken drummettes overnight in a mixture of flour, cornstarch soy sauce, garlic, sesame seeds, etc and then deep fry. Is there any way to use the sous vide? The taste soaks into the chicken by the marinade overnight and the "breading" is already in the marinade so I'm not sure if it is possible since it's not like sous videing the chicken first and then breading it. Any ideas? Also how long would chicken drummettes need to be in the sous vide to cook properly and at what temperature? Thanks!
