That's crazy. And awesome. You should totally write a cookbook - Hotel Room Sous Vide. Hautel Cuisine? That's bad. I can do better, but it's late, so not now. Anyway, there's a market for it. I might be that market en total, but you've already sold your first copy.

SV 60C 50minutes, sear to finish using torch (or pan or whatever you prefer).

Only the head. Any Lowe's or hardware store carries the gas. Tonight I'll be staying at a condo (for the rest of my stay thank goodness). But yes there's lots we can cook on the road. The quinoa etc was my nicest surprise. :-)
