I actually find it very practical for day to day stuff?!
Nothing gets ruined when my wife is an hour late hone from work for example.
Plus the fact that you can make slightly difficult technical things like Hollandaise sauce with ease.
I love the way the CS videos are concise but give that quick visual cue!
