@Grant_Lee_Crilly_63791 s ricotta gnocchi. Didn't bring my scale (I have before), so had to do it by feel/eye. It still worked out well (I think) and will save the bunch for this week's dinners. Had the tips and bits with onions, garlic, reduced white wine, butter and pesto. Topped with a Joule poached egg (of course) parsley and parmesan.
