Pizza night with the kids and wife. Kids had the classic pepperoni and cheese. For us:
Slightly modified CS pizza dough, romanesco, basil and bocconcini.

All my pizza are done with the Big Green Egg. 9 min per pie @ 600. Love the egg!!
