Mise en place template and ideas

Hey guys, i've watched the videos "getting organized" and "work clean" and I wonder if any of you have a mise en place template (or prep list template) to share or any tips of how to write a good one? How you organize your work, daily, weekly..

Whenever I setup my station I use a method called "Knolling". It's useful not just for cooking, but when you need to organize anything. Here's the basic concept:

1. Scan your environment for materials which are not in use.

2. Put away everything not in use. If you aren't sure, leave it out.

3. Group all 'like' objects.

4. Align or square all objects to either the surface they rest on, or the studio itself.

I place all my ingredients on one side of my station. I have them all organized and line up. I place all of my tools on the other side and I leave a clean, open area in the center. When my station is setup it looks like I have O.C.D., but it makes me super efficient and productive. Hope this helps you!
