I'm going to be making a frittata (Gordon Ramsays recipe) over the weekend in a 8 inch non-stick skillet for brunch. There's not a lot of info out there to know when it is done temperature wise. I would like to stick a probe in there, so I know when it is done, but I don't know what temperature I would be looking for? Can anyone help me on this? Maybe
