Oh my you had me at soft shell crab. Your picture has my mouth watering, they are all but impossible to get where I live but when I can find them I absolutely love them. I think I need some alone time now, just to admire your dish.

Thanks John. Picture can be deceiving... Like you, I can 't source some fresh one here also so the only option I have are frozen one. I order them by the box (9 per box) from my cousin that works at a sushi restaurant. If one day I can get my hands on fresh one.. Oh my.. drooling just to think it. Lol

Every time I get to the Chesapeake Bay area I seek them out. I am told Spring to early Summer is when they are fresh. I haven't had it anyway I didn't love them.
