Fresh off the two weeks away and just in time for my daughters birthday we asked her if she wanted to go out for dinner and what she wanted. She requested steak, salad, crab cakes and fries at home with a chocolate gelato cake. So that's what I made her. Only got a pic of the desert. She said she wanted a cheesecake frosting (so i knew what she meant). I made a butter biscuit crumb base with popping candy, the chocolate chocolate - chunk gelato with a cream cheese frosting......and trick candles. I suck at decorating cakes.
