After steaming for 2 hours. Taste good, but not sure what to do with them.

Ya know, while I've seen peach palm fruit many times, hanging from palm trees, I had NO idea they were even edible. Go figure. Anyway, I did a cursory search on the www and come to find out, these little guys are pretty darn good for you. Should be cooked before eaten from what I read (and seems you've done that). Soup ingredient seems to be the most common use for them. Here's one link of a few I found.

I also read you can add them (cooked) to cream cheese or mayo, s&P and have at it. Or how about some fritters:

Whatever direction you go in, I'd like to know how your end product turns out! And by the way, where did you get them?
Good luck!!

I got them from my neighbor's farm in Hawaii. Thanks for the recipes, I think I'll try the soup.
