Hey guys, i've been making pork sirloin sous-vide a couple of times- i love it's amazing texture and tenderness (is that even a word?)
The only problem is that i didn't yet find a good seasoning recipe for it. It always comes out of the bag with very little flavor, and i want something to really make my mind blow.
Do you have any recommends for me?
Most of the times i did kind of a honey-garlic marinade, but during the cooking it losses flavor
