SV lobster tail, fresh fettuccini. Sauce was 1/2 bottle of chardonnay reduced to two table spoons with garlic in it, add the SV butter from the tails, reduce a little more. Stir in the pasta and peas and top with the tail.....damn good... Fetzer Sauvignon Blanc
