Pork cheese quinoa slaw

Smokerless pork shoulder (no glaze) finished on the grill with coleslaw and cheese-water pesto quinoa. Desert was heston's exploding chocolate passion-fruit gateau with pecan gelato and strawberries.

Lol. I'm hoping it tasted better than that but I really don't have a reference for comparison.
