seriously mate, get yourself a scale. You'll be happy. Cups/TBSP/tsp are so not accurate.

ChefSteps almost exclusively uses weight measurements because they are more accurate and more consistent when replicated. they did a video a while back where they had a few different folks measure a "cup" of flour, and they all got different masses, some varying by 10%. weight is really the way to go, really with anything, but especially with baking. once you get used to it, it really makes things a lot easier in the long run.

I'd tend to doubt it. however, there are a number of sites out there that will calculated the volume for you. If you want them that much, you're most likely going to have to hunt down one of those websites, and enter in everything you need, and do it yourself. Probably not the answer you were looking for, but it is what it is. Good luck!

If you really need it here is a website with the conversions, but there are many others. But as Brian said it will not be as accurate as using grams. Once you get the hang of it grams is the only way to do go. It really is easy, place your bowl on the scale, press the tear button to zero out the scale. Then add your ingredient in grams, then press the tear button with the same bowl still on the scale to zero it out again and add your next ingredient and so on. Especially for baking where you are following a formula not a recipe, accuracy makes all the difference in your final product.
