Coconut microwave sponge cake

For some reason I can't find the El Bulli recipe for Coconut microwave sponge cake (

)
As I'm not sure how to maximize the coconut flavor, I want to know if anyone got the recipe.
Thanks

Do you know what year? I see a recipe for Coconut air from 2009, but that's a siphon aerated, chamber vac expanded, freezer set application. Lot's of microwave sponge cakes too, but I didn't see any coconut.

Ah, just looked at the picture link. That's definitely the Coconut Air, and it's not a microwave sponge cake.
Here's the basics from the recipe:
3 x 800 g coconuts, split open and separate shell from pulp. Peel pulp, rinse in warm water and puree. Pass milk through a strainer.
Heat 250 g of coconut milk to 28C and add 0.5 g Xanthan. Process with a stick blender until smooth, but not aerated. When you have a creamy texture and cooled to 22C, fill in a 0.5 L siphon and hit with 2 N2O charges. Shake and dispense 80 g into a 18x10x5 cm tub. You should have enough for 4 tubs. Place tub in a refrigerated vaccuum container. Close and pull vaccuum until foam reaches 5cm height. Store under vaccuum in the freezer for 2 hours. Remove and release vacuum. Cut into 8 coconut air rocks. Refrigerate in an airtight container.
Hope that helps!
