Fizzy tomatoes

Tomatoes marinated with champagne vinegar and olive oil in isi siphon with a couple of CO2 charges. Served with their juice, a touch of balsamic and basil. They are so much fun and the pop is totally unexepected. Unfortunately you can't tell the fizziness from the picture

Did you marinate them before charging or just put all ingredients into the siphon and hit it? How long will they stay fizzy?

I put all the ingredients in the siphon and leave it in the fridge for 3 hours. when I ate those 3 they were still fizzing but I guess they won't stay fizz for a very long time. I tried others after 30 minutes and the fizziness was very subtle. you definitely need to keep them cold

Thanks. Looks like skins removed? Hit both charges before letting it sit in fridge?

Yes, skin is removed. I usually hit one charge and release the gas (you will get better carbonation). then hit an extra charge or two and leave it in the fridge
