A little Asian fusion tonight as we had some left over shrimp in the fridge.

Grilled pink shrimp, vermicelli, vietnamese herbs, cucumber and baby pea leafs with mango sauce.

Indeed sir. We have lots of dishes that uses rice paper as base. This one was a variation/fusion of a tradional dishe. Same concept with some boiled pork and peanut base sauce instead of mango and you get the traditional 'goi cuon'.
